With the goal of helping students with knowledge and experience in starting a business as well as introducing startup ecosystems in Ho Chi Minh City, the city's support policies for starting a business. On July 21, 2017 at Nguyen Tat Thanh University, community activities took place in 2017 with the theme "Start innovation on IT-Telecom platform" coordinated by Ho Chi Minh City Computer Association (HCA) organized with universities and colleges in HCM City. Accompanying the program is the Innovation Innovation and Entrepreneurship Innovation Center - Saigon Innovation Hub (Ho Chi Minh City Department of Science and Technology) and IT-Telecom enterprises. The program is sponsored by the HCMC ICT Startup Executive Board.
